A newlywed couple who are already having marital problems decide to move across the country into a new house and attempt a fresh start at their relationship. However, their marital woes are nothing compared to what will befall them at the hands of their landlord Gerald, who never blinks and has installed thirteen cameras in their house so he can trace their every move.
